Childbirth Education

Because the birth of your child will be one of your most precious memories, you want to learn everything you can about your pregnancy, delivery, and the care of your newborn. We offer a FREE Childbirth Education class to prepare you for this special event.

Certified childbirth educators will answer your questions and teach you about the birth process.

Initial breastfeeding education

We encourage you to register in your first trimester. Classes fill up quickly, so register early. Classes are also available in Spanish on request.

Bring two pillows and two blankets. Wear comfortable clothing. A light breakfast will be served.
