Payment is due when services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept case, check, MasterCard, and Visa. We accept assignment of benefits and will file your insurance for you. It is your responsibility to fully understand your coverage benefits and to verify that we are listed as approved providers prior to scheduling an appointment with us.
